Inspired by Latin styles such as mambo, cha-cha and salsa, ZUMBA dance fitness programme is aimed at being fun, easy to follow and effective as an interval training workout that burns fat and tones the whole body. It is suitable for absolute beginner and for all ages, sizes and fitness levels.
