Important Notice:
1. Attire
Wear comfortable attire such as t-shirt, track pants, yoga pants or sports wear.

2. Towel and Drinking Water
A pair of supportive fitness shoes that allow you to pivot your feet easily. Bring a towel and a water bottle because you will need them.

3. Meals
Avoid heavy meals at least one hour before the class. You may have light cereal or hot drinks earlier.

4. Health
If you do not have serious health issues, you can still join the class and dance at your own pace. If in doubt, you may wish to seek doctor's advice first.
