EQ Workshop based on Leonard Personality Inventory (LPI) for International Students

Dear International students,

The Department of International Student Services (DISS) is organising an EQ workshop based on Leonard Personality Inventory (LPI) for International Students.

Our international students personality can be profiled with the use of the LPI 25 questions. Based on the personality profile obtained, some suggestions and recommendations could be given to our international students for:

i. Personal improvement

ii. Enhancing teamwork with others

iii. Improving leadership styles

By using the LPI to profile our international students? personality with the aims to help you:

i. To gain self-awareness regarding their preferred behaviors

ii. To develop strategies to remove emotional blind spots

iii. To understand others? behaviors and motivations

iv. To appreciate others better

v. To develop better teamwork with others
